Thank You Greeting Card
This thank you card is a part of the Big Letters collection. One thing I like to focus on when I design thank you cards is the "you" who is receiving the card.
Happy Birthday Greeting Card
I love a script font; this elegant font is perfect for a birthday party at a nice restaurant or for someone you are trying to impress. This card also has a hand-lined envelope. For this card, I chose a hand-made black paper with a gold-foil pattern, it adds a little jazz to the card.
Encouragement Greeting Card
Seize the Damn Day is one of our first designs and a favorite of our customers. It has inspired many other products: notebooks, mugs, and coasters to name a few. The skull is on trend, for sure, but it's also a reminder, a memento mori, of sorts, of why one should seize the damn day.
Let's Be Friends Greeting Card
This card requires a bit of an explanation. One year, when I decided I would send more birthday cards, I ran into a little problem: I didn't know many of my friends addresses. We live in a different time then we used to, when cards and letters were the communication of choice. In addition to communicating over devices, we simply do not know where people live or their addresses. I remained undaunted and asked people on Facebook Messenger for their mailing addresses. The responses were surprising. My friends, literally people I hung out with, wanted to know why I needed to know where the live. It's surprising, really, in a world where we overshare every thought in our heads, people are nervous about giving how their home address.
This card was response to that. Unlike most of my cards, it is not blank on the inside. It's a questionnaire of sorts. It asks for details like birthday, anniversary, color, etc. It also asks for an address. The person giving the card, fills out their mailing address on the envelope and includes a stamp. The person receiving the card is asked to fill out whatever they are comfortable filling out.
Recently when a friend decided to move far away, we gave her a box of these so that she could inform friends she was moving away from of her new address or ask them for theirs.
It's a shot in the dark, but maybe it will help us to be friendlier.
A subscription box is an excellent way to build a collection of greeting cards so that you always have the perfect card on hand for any event, whether it's known in advance or sneaks up.
If you missed this box or simply need another one, you can order the 2019 April Subscription Box. This box will not have free shipping (a perk of the subscription) but it will include 4 stamps.
