Proudly tell the world you bike the Scenic City. Chattanooga, Tennessee has been named “Best Town Ever” by Outside Magazine—twice. Home of several Ironman events, Chattanooga has hosted some of cycling’s most exciting races including several stages of the Tour de Georgia. The 3 State 3 Mountain ride, while sadly no happening, exposed tens of thousands of people to the scenic beauty of the tri-state region spanning Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. A new ride called the Hincapie Gran Fondo has taken its place and gives riders an even better experience of what Chattanooga has to offer for sport cyclists. 

Many of us ride as commuters as well. Downtown’s relatively flat topography and network of bike lanes and Riverwalk paths make it relatively easy to enjoy cycling for leisure or transport.
